How do I apply as a vendor?
Click “Apply as Vendor,” fill in your details, and submit. Your application is reviewed instantly. Once approved, send payment via Chime to Loading… and upload your screenshot.
What are the booth prices?
Service/Product: $65/day (10×10), $70/day (10×20), $90/day (Food Truck). Food Vendors: $73/day (10×10), $78/day (10×20), $90/day (Food Truck). All prices are per day.
How do I pay for my booth?
Payment is Chime only. Send to Loading…, upload a screenshot of successful payment in the portal. Payment due within 72 hours of acceptance.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. If the event is canceled due to rain, a decision is made by 7 AM and you’ll be notified by text.
What time can vendors set up?
2 hours before the event opens. Tables and chairs are provided. You’re responsible for signage and keeping your booth clean throughout the event.
